HNH Whistleblowing Service
The Home Not Hospital Whistleblowing Service is available to all staff, individuals we support, family members, professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
The purpose of the service is to allow anyone to raise a whistleblowing alert, share concerns or provide feedback, with the option to do so anonymously.
We are passionate about the support we provide and have these steps in place to ensure everyone can share feedback about our services and contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all people connected to Home Not Hospital.
Contact with this service is confidential and will be handled sensitively by our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.

To make a Whistleblowing Alert or to provide feedback you may contact us in the following ways:
1. Call the HNH Whistleblowing Service on 0115 777 0251
The telephone service is available 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday.
Alerts to this service via telephone may be anonymous if the caller so wishes.
2.Email the HNH Whistleblowing Service at whistleblowing@shg.care
Alerts to this service via email may be anonymous if the alerter so wishes, however, alerters should consider the email address they use if they wish the email to be anonymous

A name can be added but this is not mandatory.
