We value your personality and abilities as much as your resume and job history. If you possess the right mindset and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to reach out to us, even if you lack direct experience in the care sector.

Are you the one we're searching for?

We seek individuals eager to demonstrate their capability (or willingness to develop such capability) to offer outstanding personalised social, and at times clinical-level behavioural, support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in their homes.

There’s a fantastic opportunity available now for committed Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health support needs.

Our clients live independently, and we need team members ready to provide comprehensive support to address all facets of their lives.

The qualities we seek in our team members include:

  • Willingness to collaborate with an exceptional team and communicate effectively
  • A positive approach towards enhancing the lives of others
  • Being approachable
  • Understanding and empathy towards each individual’s needs and communication challenges
  • Ability to remain composed and reactive in challenging situations
  • Adaptability to work various shifts on a rota, including weekends and public holidays.
